The short version

The 2026 Road Glide and Street Glide are the same motorcycle from the steering head back. Same Milwaukee-Eight 117 at 105 HP and 130 ft-lb, same 64-inch wheelbase, same 6-gallon tank, same 2.42 cu ft saddlebags, same brakes, suspension and 12.3-inch Skyline OS display. The difference is the fairing and where it is bolted.

The Road Glide, $25,999, mounts its Sharknose fairing to the frame, so it does not turn with the bars. It weighs 838 lb in running order, has a 26.6-inch laden seat, steers lighter at parking speed despite the extra weight, and gives a roomier cockpit. The Street Glide, $24,999, mounts its Batwing to the fork. It weighs 811 lb, has a 26.4-inch laden seat, and puts the screen and stereo closer to you.

Neither is faster, neither gets better mileage, and they carry identical recalls. Fit is decided by handlebar reach rather than seat height, which is why short-armed riders tend to prefer the Street Glide and taller riders the Road Glide.
